The career graph : A model by profession Sonal Chauhan ventured into acting by chance. Kunal Deshmukh, director of 'Jannat', discovered her at a restaurant in Mumbai.
Sonal's first film was 'Jannat' opposite Emraan Hashmi. Although the film was successful but it did not life Sonal's career in any way.
The actress has been off the radar for some time completing her studies. During this time Sonal Chauhan signed plum roles in two south films.
Sonal was recently seen in Amitah Bachchan's 'Bbuddah Hoga Tera Baap'.
